Your hard bags for my Harley-Davidson look great and the quality of the finish and paint match is better than I had expected. Everyone ask where I got hard bags for a Dyna that matches the rear fender curvature. They have made my bike a real eye catcher.

Had the Trike kit installed by Baxter's Harley Davidson in Gallipolis, Ohio. They did a great job installing a great product. I had the Reverse, Easy Steer, Rear Light Bar and running boards installed on my '08 Ultra 105th Anniversary Edition. Your paint was a perfect match and the kit installation was flawless. I was really suprised with how well the trike handles, especially in the curves. After about a 100 mile learning period I felt as if I'd been riding a trike all my life!! Had I known how well it handled and how much fun it is to ride I would have been on a trike years ago!! I highly recommend the Champion kit for anyone considering converting to a trike. I is everything you say it is....and more!! |

MY SON AND I INSTALLED A TRIKE KIT REV. GEAR AND EASY STEER ON MY 05 ULTRA IN NOV.2010 I HAVE PUT ABOUT 4000 MILES ON IT AND AM ENJOYING IT VERY MUCH. 2009 Harley Davidson XL1200C. This is the best thing going for a Sportster Owner looking for an edge on keeping ahead of the curve! My wife got me the bike when I found out I needed knee surgery...turns out the knee's were alittle worse the first thought! Found this and several other's but this looked to be the best on paper...LET ME TELL YOU IT LOOKS TO BE THE BEST IN LIVING COLOR AS WELL!!!! Handle's, Hauls the Mail and just plain LQQKS better than the bike ever did and thats the Gos's honest truth! ONE DRAW BACK HOWEVER...DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU ARE NOT A PEOPLE PERSON! YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ENTER A PARKING LOT WITH HAVING A CONVERSATION STARTED BY SOMEONE ABOUT THE PRODUCT! I HAVE EVEN HAD PEOPLE FOLLOW ME HOME TO ASK ABOUT IT! I bought a Harley 1993 FXR from a friend in 1994. My daughter wanted to ride with me, so I decided to purchase a sidecar. I looked and tested quite a few sidecars. I wasn’t impressed until I saw the Champion sidecar. I spoke with the owner Craig, for quite some time, and he had the engineer call me from Canada to answer additional questions about the technology for the sidecar. I was totally sold. The Champion sidecar had more features and looked better than any of the sidecars I saw and test-rode. In addition, the sidecar fender covered the entire inside of the wheel. And it also had a seat belt and windshield. As a Mother, these features were very important to me.
I have been riding my FXR with the sidecar since 1995. I constantly get thumbs up. And I cannot go anywhere without someone asking me about the sidecar. I have a switch that raises the sidecar up and down depending on the load. I am 107 pounds and have ridden this bike with the sidecar everywhere. One year I worked out a business trip to Reno to visit a client when Street Vibrations was taking place. I pulled into the hotel and people were amazed, because I pulled out a rolling suitcase and overnight bag, and looked like I had just stepped off a plane. Unfortunately, my girlfriend on one trip kept buying things and putting them in my sidecar. My husband also likes to put his stuff in my sidecar so he doesn’t have to use saddlebags. Except for family and friends using me to carry their stuff, the sidecar is wonderful. I am never taking it off. Now that my daughter is 26 and has her motorcycle license, the dog is riding shotgun with me.
My husband and I bought another house up at Lake Tahoe and I mentioned it would be great to have my bike and sidecar up at our house. Ski injuries to my knees are keeping me on three wheels, so he said, "Did you know that Champion is making trike kits also". So, he bought me a Custom Sportster, and we bought a trike kit from Champion. We went down to Champion (their new facility is very impressive) and I test rode their sportster trike. I loved it. I had just read an article in Thunder Press written by someone who rode this bike and thought it was a fantastic ride. I totally agree. My trike is being put together as I write this. What else can I say? I am just the luckiest gal in the world.

I had been thinking about getting a trike for about a year. A good friend of mine built a trike with a Champion kit. I had looked at lots of kits and I liked the Champion kit. I ordered one and we started putting it together. I really enjoyed building the trike kit. I used a HD Road King. The update on the rear end was great. Everything went together nicely. I did download the instructions on building the bike. My wife and I really enjoy riding on the new ride. |

Here's a picture of my completed Trike. It turned out great, far better than
I had envisioned. It's a fun machine and rides like a dream. I've put over
5,000 miles on it so far, including a trip to the STURGIS rally. Aside from
a leak in one brake caliper, I've had zero problems. Needless to say, I
recommend your product to anyone who asks.

I want you to know this bike has created so much attention no matter where I go it's unreal. I parade with our motorcycle unit in the Shrine all over Cincinnati and the surrounding areas. It gets more attention than a $50,000 Goldwing that I think is pretty special. Please convey to your painter he did one HELL of a job matching the paint!!! People can't believe it wasn't completely that way. P.S. I have 3 prospects that are pretty strong on getting a kit. |

I just wanted to say I had purchased and had your Reverse Gear installed at The Trike Shop in Omaha, Nebraska by Bruce and I did this because I added a sidecar to my 2009 HD RK Classic this last winter and now that I have drove it and used the reverse gear I do not know how I would have done it without it. I never have to worry where I park and it’s so nice to back the bike up in the garage and just take off in the morning. It's also nice when showing up at bike nights knowing where ever they ask me to park I can get around easily and everyone comments about me being a cheater while they let their lady friend off and they push their bike backwards and I pull up next to them and have it parked with my wife and dog onboard before they even know what happened. Thanks for the convenience you have brought to my riding and I am thinking about trying out your EZ Steer product to help with the struggles of steering the beast through high speed corners. |

I loved riding my HD Softail Deluxe until I started having problems with my knees. I am now able to enjoy my bike again thanks to Steve Myers of Wales, Maine who showed me I could still ride with the Champion Trike Kit. I absolutely love it! Its a real head turner. I've had kids from 9 to 99 giving me thumbs up, taking pictures and talking to me about it! Makes me feel like a rock star! LOL You guys have a great product and Steve was an awesome guy to deal with! I would encourage anyone to look into a Champion Trike before giving up riding! |

I'm taking this opportunity to write you personally about the magnificent performance of my recent trike conversion. This may be of particular interest because it concerns a conversion using the new independent suspension and also the new fibration dampening system.
The bike, a 2007 HD Ultra Classic converted in late December 09 thru Weminister HD. I also purchase a trailer to match at the time.
I have just returned from a month long trip with the trike and trailer of over 4200 miles. The trike conversion and trailer performed perfectly. The vibration dampening system eliminated all vibration that had been so troublesome prior to the upgrade. The trailer trailed and performed perfectly. My compliments to you and your people for their hard work and competence that made the trip a pleasure.
Previously the bike had been equipped with a "Voyager" kit. There is just no comparison between your conversion and "Voyager."
A couple of random thoughts for your possible consideration. (1.)The "EZsteer" and stock tire of the conversion resulted in a slight downward slope to the passenger seat (stock HD ultra seat) due to the slightly raised rear end. This resulted in some discomfort to the passenger. I solved this by installing new tires that are one inch less radius (185/65R15) and moving the trunk behind the passenger seat back one inch. This lowered the rear end and allowed the passenger to lean back more. These small changes made a significant difference in passenger comfort.
(2.) In Order to get the trailer to ride more level I unbolted and rotated the trailer yoke 180 degrees and remounted the hitch. This was a relative simple adjustment with the only sacrafice being unable to remount the skid on the yoke easily. This did make the trailer ride more level and just look better on the road.

Did the insall on a 07 ultra classic with the new independent suspension and with the reverse gear and everything went smooth.The conversion took about a week with no special tools. Great ride and is very sharp body style with the ground effect added . |

I purchased two sidecars (escorts) from you in 1990 and 1993. Then I went back to riding two wheels again, actually I never stopped riding two wheels while i was riding with a sidecar. I have been riding motorcycles for 34 years. I enjoyed riding sidecar rigs and I was sorry I let my last one go in 1995. So, in 2007, I decided it was time for another one. I retired in 2006 and I have a daughter who followed in my biking footsteps.
I called Champion Sidecars and asked if there was anyone on the East Coast who was knowledgeable about sidecars. They referred my to Doug McCracken at A Wing and A Chair in Monroe, NC.
I want you to know that before I chose the Escort, I looked at every sidecar being made. I even made a trip to Hannigan in Murray, Kentucky which was a 3 days worth of riding. While there are a lot of nice sidecars, I found that the Escort still suited my needs and I have always found it attractive.
I now have a rig as does my daughter, all built by Doug.
I realize that trikes is where the money is, and I like those too, but my heart will always be with sidecars. My wife and grandchildren like riding the hack. Attached is a picture of my rig. My daughter's name is Sandy, and she has "Sidecar Sandy" on her cellphone and several of her shirts. I wish you much success and good health. |
